Our crew structure creates both consistency of client service and a continuity of quality.

There are five crew levels - PBC, general, and elite crewmen. On a job of four or more crewmen are supervised by Crew Chiefs. For particularly large or complex jobs we offer our most senior level - Senior Crew Chief.

This structure applies to all our regions, however in London we have four teams of crew each specialising in a particular area of expertise.

Excellence is rewarded and the rare shortcomings are quickly remedied. Gallowglass can provide in excess of 500 crew around our regions and this number is increasing all of the time.
