Gallowglass can provide 300 - 400 crew around the country and this number is increasing all of the time. Within a few months we expect to have access to 500 nationwide and in Europe.
We hope you get the picture, but if there is anything more you need to know, call Pat Fellows our Crew Manager - He’ll help you out.

The contribution and quality of our Crew Chiefs has been a truly significant factor in our growth record. These boys control all of our activities on site and have led crews the length and breadth of Europe. One client recently commented "Your crews are good but your Crew Chiefs are on another planet compared to any other crewing company".
We constantly review our output. Crews are monitored by our Crew Chiefs and both are scrutinised by a regular management presence on site and monthly statistical reviews. Excellence is rewarded and the rare shortcomings are quickly remedied.

These blokes have thousands of shows under their belts, and the experience
they bring with them is perfect for events that require
pre-production input,
or where clients request Gallowglass
participation and expertise at a very
early stage.
Before we take on anybody, we look for the right attitude. If an aspiring crew member has specialist skills that is an advantage - but we train everyone.
Every crew member must undergo an induction course involving basic training which covers lifting techniques, working effectively as part of a team, whether building a stage, video wall, lighting rig or launching a Barco.
We provide specialist training in disciplines such as lighting and A/V in conjunction with a selection of major clients, and particular attention is paid to training for all aspects of Health and Safety at all times.

Our crew have always been our greatest asset, and as we
have grown we have
learned to take selection and training very seriously indeed.
Over time we
have developed a crew structure which delivers efficiency, understanding,
motivation and productivity.
There are five crew levels - FNG, general, and elite crewmen. These guys are supervised on a job of four or more crew by Crew Chiefs. In addition for particularly large or complex jobs we offer our most senior level - Senior Crew Chief.
